چکیده
In recent years, the wind energy conversion system faces significant challenges for stable and secure operations, especially in weak grid due to high penetration of into grid. Doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) is one most popular turbine generators its cost-effective variable speed low-cost partial size power converter. Impedance interaction between series or parallel compensated DFIG causes sub-synchronous resonance (SSR) high-frequency (HFR). A comprehensive review state-of-the-art SSR HFR under a presented. First, based on features, such as supplementary hardware, linear non-linear control strategies, damping techniques are classified different types. Then, advantages disadvantages analysis put forward. Moreover, latest development supplemented. Finally, contemporary future trends discussed.

Optimal Operation of Doubly-fed Induction Generator used in a Grid-Connected Wind Power System
In this paper, a wind power system based on a doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) is modeled and simulated. To guarantee high-performance control of the powers injected into the grid by the wind turbine, five intelligent super-twisting sliding mode controllers (STSMC) are used to eliminate the active power and current ripples of the DFIG. The STSMC controller is a high-order sliding mode cont...

This paper proposes an improved direct active and reactive power control (DPC) strategy for a grid-connected doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) based wind-turbine system under unbalanced grid voltage condition. The method produces required rotor voltage references based on the sliding mode control (SMC) approach in stationary reference frame, without the requirement of synchronous coordinate...
متن کاملPassivity-Based Control of a Doubly Fed Induction Generator System under Unbalanced Grid Voltage Conditions
According to the theory of passivity-based control (PBC), this paper establishes a port-controlled Hamiltonian system with dissipation (PCHD) model for a doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) system under unbalanced grid voltage conditions and proposes a method of interconnection and damping assignment passivity-based control (IDA-PBC) of the system under such conditions. By using this method, ...
متن کاملWind Turbine Driven Doubly-Fed Induction Generator with Grid Disconnection
This paper describes the transient behaviour of a doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) driven by wind turbine after its disconnection from the grid. The induction machine runs at a specific speed with the stator disconnected from the grid (Is=0), the rotor is suddenly excited with slip-frequency voltages derived from voltage regulators so as to produce commended open-circuit stator terminal vo...
متن کاملSteady State and Transient Analysis of Grid Connected Doubly Fed Induction Generator Under Different Operating Conditions
Received Sep 19, 2017 Revised Oct 27, 2017 Accepted Nov 11, 2017 This paper present steady state and dynamic (Transient) models of the doubly fed induction generator connected to grid. The steady state model of the DFIAG (Doubly Fed Asynchronous induction Generator) has been constructed by referring all the rotor quantities to stator side. With the help of MATLAB programming simulation results ...
